Bowl Bound

I’m pretty hyped up about going to see the Champs Bowl in Orlando early next week. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s going to be much of a game but it will be cool to get to see my first Clemson game of the year. I’m not sure where my tickets are at, but I’m sure they’ll be good.

If you get a chance to watch the bowl, be sure to cheer for Clemson and my “little” brother to beat the shit out of Colorado :)

Amazing Music

I’m always on the lookout for some great music to think/write/code to. I listen to just about every type of music, but I tend to listen to different forms of electronic music when I really need to concentrate. I can’t really explain it, but there is just something about it that really gets me focused.

When I go out I almost always prefer listening to something that involves a dj. I almost always have an incredible time when I’m watching a dj spin electronic music. There’s just nothing that compares to a good dj that connects well with the crowd. I’m lucky enough to live in a place where we have our share of good electronic artists come through town and I can almost always count on seeing a good show when I feel like going out to a club in Denver.

If you’re looking to get immersed in some good music I can highly recommend picking up George Is On by Deep Dish. This is a wonderful compilation and every song on the album is great. George Is On has been out for a while, but I always come back to it when I get frustrated looking for good new music.

Launch Tour - Denver

I attended the Launch Tour today and participated in the Ask The Experts booth for the developer track. I must say that I had a great time talking with everyone and that I was extremely impressed with the quality of the event. The sessions were wonderful, the turnout was great, and the discussions were very engaging. I appreciate everyone who turned out for the event and who stopped by the booth.

If the Launch Tour is close to you, I hightly recommend attending.
